Static Shrine

A static shrine is a shrine that spawns rarely in Savanna Plateau, Savanna M, and Savanna Plateau M biomes. If a fully-charged orb of static souls is placed in its centerpiece, the Legendary Zapdos will spawn.

The command "/struc lightningshrine" can spawn a static shrine if the terrain allows for one.
