Redstone is obtained from mining Redstone Ore deep in caves like in vanilla Minecraft. It is also dropped by many wild Electric-type Pokémon (and a few others). It is needed to craft various machines in Pixelmon, including the PC, Fossil Cleaner, Fossil Machine, Trading Machine, Cloning Machine, Itemfinder, and Pokédex.
