Pixelmon includes several Pokémon-related signs, including ones signifying Pokémon Centers, Poké Marts, and Pokémon Gyms. These signs are meant for use in player-built structures; naturally generating Pokémon Centers do not contain signs and there are no naturally spawning Poké Marts or Pokémon Gyms.
Pokémon Center and Poké Mart signs are full blocks that can be broken without a tool. The Gym sign is shaped more like a sign to be placed on the floor, and can only be broken with a pickaxe. All of these signs are only obtainable by spawning them in.
