Tweaks

• Ported to Minecraft version 1.8.9.
• Logging is done in its own file, located in logs/hypermodbanner.log, to keep track of all logins and the mods the player has.
• A list of recognized mods is kept under config/hypermodbanner/seenMods.txt to help owners see what mods could be banned.
• Fixed issue where in some cases the server would attempt to kick a player when they've already been kicked.
