The Poisonium Z is a Z-Crystal exclusively for Poison-Type Pokémon.

Moves this Z-Crystal can upgrade:

Any poison type move that isn't from the Status category becomes Acid Downpour.

Moves, abilities or items like Embargo, Klutz or Trick can't make a Pokémon drop the Z-Crystal that it's holding.
