Moves this Z-Crystal can upgrade:
- Thunderbolt --- Stoked Sparksurfer Special: Only an Alolan Raichu can use it
Moves, abilities or items like Embargo, Klutz or Trick can't make a Pokémon drop the Z-Crystal that it's holding.
