Oa10712's Rod is a special rod only obtainable from creative mode, since it's considered a cheat item.
This rod will let you catch any kind of Magikarp, as well as regular fishing Pokémon.
That way you don't have to talk to the Old Fisherman in order to catch every variation of Magikarp.
