Shields Down is the signature ability of Minior
If Minior's HP is above the half, its form will change to its Meteor Form. If Minior's HP is under the half, its form will change to its Core Form.
When Minior's form is its Meteor form, it cannot be affected by Status Conditions.
Role Play, Gastro Acid, Worry Seed, Simple Beam and Entrainment will fail if the target has the ability Shields Down.
