Strong Psychic Lure

The Strong Psychic Lure is a craftable item that can be equipped in the players accessory slot. It is one of the Strong Lures, and is a stronger version of the Weak Psychic Lure.
When equipped, it will provide a 3x multiplier to the spawnrate for Psychic-type Pokémon until it runs out.
