A Thunder Stone is an evolution stone that can be obtained through crafting, fishing, and as a tier 2 special drop. It is a possible drop from uncommon and spooky boss Pokémon.

Crafting
A Thunder Stone is crafted with nine Thunder Stone shards. Thunder Stone shards can be found when stone is struck by lightning; this is most easily accomplished with the Lightning Bolt external move.

Evolution item

Thunder Stone can be used for the following evolutions:
- Pikachu → Raichu or Alolan Raichu
- Magneton → Magnezone
- Eevee → Jolteon
- Eelektrik → Eelektross
- Charjabug → Vikavolt
Note that Pikachu will only evolve into Alolan Raichu if you have another Alolan form Pokemon in your party when the evolution is initiated.
