Blockxelmon is a resource pack that changes the appearances of Pokémon to look "blockier," with several being based on the appearances of Pokémon in older versions of Pixelmon. It also changes the appearances of certain Minecraft interfaces, such as the title screen and the inventory menu. It is currently in beta, so only some Pokémon are affected by the resource pack at this time.
