A Potion is a type of medicine used to heal a Pokémon by 20 HP. It can be used by sending out a Pokémon and using the Potion on the Pokémon.
Three Potions can be used to craft a Super Potion. This heals fewer HP in total, but can be used in one battle turn instead of three.
Trivia
Before Pixelmon reforged, the Super Potion could be crafted in the following ways:
