Heal Powder is a type of medicine that heals all status on a Pokémon like a Full Heal. However, it also lowers the Pokémon's happiness by either 5 or 10 depending on how much happiness it initially has. It can be obtained from shopkeepers and as a tier 1 special drop.

Trivia

Heal Powder used to have the following crafting recipes, which are no longer working. They were removed due to many held items being far too easy to make.
