A Rawst Berry is a Berry that can be given to a Pokémon to hold. If the holder is burned in battle, the Pokémon will consume the Berry, healing the burn without wasting a turn. It can also be manually used inside and outside of battle, although doing so in battle will use up the Pokémon's turn. It can be obtained by using Forage on leaves with a Grass- or Bug-type Pokémon, or as a tier 1 special drop.
Trivia
Before Reforged, Rawst Berries could also be used to craft Burn Heals. The recipe was removed due to many held items being far too easy to make.
