The fan is a decorative block. It can not be interacted with.
Rotom Change
When a Rotom inside of a Poké Ball is thrown at the fan, it will become Rotom-Fan and it will learn the move Air Slash. Throwing Rotom at it again will revert it.
Fans can be crafted.
