The Fan is a decorative block, and can also allow Rotom to change form. Fans can be crafted.

Rotom Change

When a Rotom inside of a Poké Ball is thrown at the fan, it will become Rotom-Fan and it will learn the move Air Slash. Throwing Rotom at it again will revert it to it's regular form, or it can be thrown at a Furnace, Mower, Fridge or Washing Machine to revert to their respective forms. Doing this will cause Rotom to forget Air Slash, if known.
