Ice Stone shards can only be obtained through forage, as drops from certain wild Pokémon, and fishing in Freezing biomes. Nine Ice Stone shards are needed to craft an Ice Stone.
Ice Stone Shards can be obtained from mining Ice Stone Ore which is can be found under Ice Raid Dens, Snowy Raid Dens (variants A and B) and Ultra Deep Sea Raid Dens (variant B).
