Special drops are items that can be obtained from boss Pokémon, PokéLoot chests, or Pickup. They primarily consist of different types of Poké Balls, Medicine, held items, and TMs. Special drops are split into three tiers of increasing rarity and item quality. Boss Pokémon
Boss Pokémon special drops when defeated. The number of drops from each tier depends on the difficulty of the boss Pokémon.
