Flareon is a Fire-type Pokémon that evolves from Eevee when exposed to a Fire Stone. It is one of Eevee's final forms, the others being Vaporeon, Jolteon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon, and Glaceon.

Flareon stores thermal energy in its body, and when it does so its temperature can rise over 1600°F. When it gets too hot, it fluffs out the fur around its neck to cool off.
