Tweaks

• /redeemfossil may be given the argument all to redeem the entire held stack.
• /pokeclone now also clones Shininess, caught Poké Ball, and growth values.
• /pokerestart does not need to kick players.
• Reworked text formatting for /wiki, /dexcheck, and /pokedel.

• Fixed /redeemfossil deleting the entire stack.
• Fixed /comptake giving the taken Pokémon back to the target.
